Cocoa Praline Tart Review

Cocoa Praline Tart has been in my cupboard for a while untouched since I had gotten a small 2 oz batch of it for free from Teavana with my tea splurge almost a month ago. Finally tonight I've gotten around to breaking it out for a little teatime and old 80's teen flick movies watching The Heathers tonight.  I feel bad to review it because it's discontinued but that might explain why they were giving batches of it away at the time of my purchase.

In my tin.
It's a loose leaf rooibos tea meant as an after dinner dessert tea.  There are dainty dried chunks of pineapple, pear and fig with a blend of vanilla and chocolate and just a bit of macadamia nuts.  It comes out so rich and rather creamy for a tea on its own without having to add any milk or sugar to it.  You can see some of the chocolatey chunks and nuts in the blend without having to dig for it.  I was very curious about the addition of pineapple given my general tea preferences concerning the fruit but was pleasantly surprised that the citrus complimented the other flavors mildly without overpowering or turning an odd flavor with the chocolate.  The chocolate and vanilla melting slowly during the brewing time makes it a tasty treat without any of the guilt.  Again, I'm sad to see this tea go.
